Friends of the Library
Friends of the Library is a volunteer Citizens Group, organized to support the
Coldspring Area Public Library. It is governed by the Board of Directors of the
library.
Our fundraising and support activities include bake sales, book sales, Boutique
sales, raffles, our annual Book Review in July, and our "BIG" annual Community
Garage Sale held during the first week in October at the Community Center.
Our Library is not a part of the county or city government.
Apart from the practical business of raising funds, members have a lot of fun and
make many new friends in the process. Our volunteers are special people who
give of their time and talents because they care about our community.
Please accept our invitation to join our Friends of the Library organization. We
need your enthusiasm, creative ideas and support to keep our library going and
growing.
